What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our residential properties and ensuring residents are safe and satisfied. In this role, you’ll:
Perform day-to-day maintenance services on residential properties, conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Complete minor repairs including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasks
Coordinate with contractors and residents on larger repair projects
Maintain accurate service logs and job documentation using property management software
Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
What You Bring
Experience in general maintenance and repair
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Self-starter with reliability and strong time-management
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 24 ft), lift 50+ lbs, and work in varied conditions
