Maintenance Technician

HiFyve is hiring Maintenance Technicians in the Manufacturing industry in Columbus, OH!

Pay: $30.25/hr

Shift:

• 1st: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Mon–Fri + OT)
• 2nd: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (Mon–Fri + OT)
• 3rd: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM (Sun–Thurs + OT)

Location: Columbus, OH

About the Role

This role supports plant operations through preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance, along with equipment improvements and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Support PLC and robot programming/troubleshooting
• Complete preventative and reactive maintenance and document in CMMS
• Install, repair, and improve production equipment and tooling
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders
• Support equipment design, upgrades, and project work
• Follow all safety procedures including LOTO and PPE requirements

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–5 years of related maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, robotics, and CMMS systems
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance best practices
