Maintenance Technician

Pinnacle Metal Products is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical needs of the shop through work orders, preventive maintenance, general equipment maintenance and work with our newly acquired machinery to get it up and run smoothly.

*We recently purchased a new building, creating an exciting opportunity for this role to support ongoing facility projects at the new site. This position will help coordinate workflow with outside contractors and vendors performing work at the facility, while also assisting with hands-on maintenance and project-related tasks as needed.*

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with hands-on project management, plant machinery, electrical components and motor vehicles
• Mechanical and technological skills

Our Maintenance Technician will:

• Conduct upkeep, maintenance, & repair on shop assets including but not limited to welders, saws, drills, milling machines, lifts, hoists and cranes
• Manage the maintenance of Pinnacle fleet and conduct repairs as needed
• Plan and carry out programs in repair and equipment installation
• Provide support for installation, breakdown and/or movement of assets in the plant
• Disassemble, inspect, and replace worn or broken parts. Fit and adjust new or repaired parts
• Fix electrical issues as needed
• Provide maintenance of physical shop infrastructure
• Perform all other duties as assigned
