Put your troubleshooting and mechanical skills to work in a hands-on maintenance role with an automotive manufacturing operation in Columbus. We re hiring Maintenance Technicians for all three shifts, with pay starting at $20.50/hour and increasing based on experience.

Shifts & Pay
1st Shift: 6: 30 AM 3: 30 PM
2nd Shift: 3: 00 PM 11: 30 PM
3rd Shift: 11: 00 PM 7: 00 AM
Pay: $20.50+/hour DOE
What You ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you ll help keep production equipment operating safely, reliably and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Diagnose equipment failures and perform root-cause troubleshooting

  • Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams and schematics

  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance requests

  • Complete and properly close maintenance work orders

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment documentation

  • Properly use and care for company tools, equipment, parts and resources

  • Work closely with production and other departments to minimize downtime

  • Follow LOTO procedures and all company safety, quality and environmental requirements
What We re Looking For

  • Industrial maintenance or related hands-on experience

  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

  • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics

  • Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • A team-oriented, service-focused approach when supporting production

A technical degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance or a related field is preferred. Previous automotive or manufacturing experience is also preferred.
