    Maintenance Technician

    Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

    Position Overview

    Mobile Generation is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Maintenance Technician to support store-level repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility standards across multiple retail locations. This role requires strong ownership, efficient route planning, disciplined documentation, and a proactive mindset.

    Key Responsibilities

    On-Site Repairs & Preventative Maintenance

    • Execute general repairs including minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, lighting, and storefront work
       
    • Conduct quarterly preventative maintenance walkthroughs
       
    • Identify potential failure risks
       
    • Escalate structural or licensed trade needs when appropriate
       

    Route Planning & Efficiency

    • Plan weekly routes geographically to maximize efficiency
       
    • Confirm material availability prior to visits
       
    • Review all open work orders in advance to ensure completion during store visits
       

    Ticket & Documentation Standards

    • Respond to tickets within 24 hours
       
    • Meet established SLAs
       
    • Upload before and after photos
       
    • Clearly document diagnosis, materials used, and final resolution
       

    Inventory & Tool Management

    • Maintain organized vehicle inventory
       
    • Participate in tool tracking and accountability processes
       

    Cost & Risk Awareness

    • Evaluate repair versus replace decisions
       
    • Identify potential landlord responsibility opportunities when applicable
       

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred
       
    • Ability to perform minor electrical, plumbing, and drywall repairs
       
    • Strong organizational skills and experience working within ticketing systems
       
    • Valid driver’s license required
