What You’ll Do:
- Perform general and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls (on-call rotation required)
- Maintain grounds, amenities, and building systems
- Prepare vacant units for new residents
- Track and manage tools, parts, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience preferred
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
- Proficiency in general apartment maintenance
- Ability to handle after-hours maintenance emergencies
- Basic tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
