Cottage Grove Place is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Maintenance Technician:

• Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs.
• Performs painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor.
• Performs minor building and equipment repairs and maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance.
• Assists during winter with snow removal efforts.
• May assist in general housekeeping, as needed.
• Measures Areas to be painted; determines Quantity and type of paint to use.
• Prepares surfaces to be painted, including but not limited to removing covers, furniture, etc.
• May Apply Wallpaper.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in basic maintenance.
