We are looking for a skilled Carpenter/Maintenance Technician to handle a variety of construction, repair, installation, and facility improvement projects.
What Youll Do:
Build, install, and repair cabinets, doors, windows, furniture, walls, ceilings, and floors.
Perform carpentry, drywall, flooring, tile, laminate, and surface repairs.
Measure, cut, and fabricate wood and metal components, including custom brackets and supports.
Install door hardware, fixtures, and other facility components.
Read blueprints and drawings and create basic layouts.
Perform demolition, patching, sanding, grinding, painting, and finishing work.
Assemble and disassemble modular office furniture and facility equipment.
Estimate materials and labor needed for projects and order supplies.
What Were Looking For:
Hands-on construction or maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, ability to read measurements/blueprints, and experience safely using hand and power tools.
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Pay: $27hr.
