    Signicast seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional technical expertise, and have a passion for ensuring operational efficiency, then this role is perfect for you. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of our facilities and equipment. This position is a 12-hour shift 6 pm- 6 am on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or 1st shift Monday-Friday also available.Sign-on bonus available up to $2,500!Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshootingLocates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; and using precision measuring and testing instruments.Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; and examining the function, form, and texture of parts.Fabricates repair parts with machine shop instrumentation and equipment using basic machinist skills.Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, digital multimeter, and straightedges to manufacturer or company specificationsControls downtime by scheduling with supervisors and technicians routine preventive maintenance techniquesOperate an electric cart, forklift, articulating boom, and manlift
