Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay levels with increases at week 18 and 36.
- Yearly earnings potential:
- Level 1: Year 1 - $78k, Year 2 - $83k
- Level 2: Year 1 - $89k, Year 2 - $96k
- Additional overtime available.
- Potential summer increases (historically around 4%).

Shifts/Schedule
- Level 1 and 2: Swing shift 4:45p–5a, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on. Work 7 days in a 14-day period with every other Fri, Sat, Sun off. 9 hours OT built into schedule every other week.
- Level 3: Normally M-F days but open to any shift, requires heavy PLC programming and commissioning drives.
General Requirements
- Background check, drug test, physical, and education verification required.
- Non-smoking campus.
- PPE required.
- HS diploma, GED, Associates, BS, or none.

General Screening Questions
- Experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and use schematic diagrams.
- Experience with hydraulics and/or pneumatics.
- Experience with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens programming for PLC and drives.
- Understanding of multimeter functions.
- Electrical work experience; Journeyman or Apprentice level.
- Knowledge of 3-phase motors and related systems.
- Experience with high-value capacitors and their safety.
- Understanding of diodes and amplifier circuits.
- Experience with AC/DC motor controls and circuitry.
- Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
