Shift: Monday-Friday 5:30 am - 2:30 pm

What You''ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you''ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of automated manufacturing and distribution equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and perform changeovers on industrial equipment, including:
Packers
Labelers
Wrappers
Beverage filling equipment
Palletizers
Coders
Conveyors
Other automated production machinery
Rebuild and maintain motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation issues involving:
PLCs
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Photo eyes
Limit switches
Machine fault codes
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
Support facility systems, including compressors, boilers, generators, cooling towers, and water treatment equipment.
Complete maintenance documentation and work orders through CMMS software.
Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
Collaborate with production teams and external vendors to resolve equipment issues.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and risk management protocols.
