Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures.
Performs routine tasks (e.g., fabrication, testing).
Follows instructions closely.
Documents work accurately.
Works under close supervision and receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Learns and follows cleanroom protocols and GMP standards.
Assists with calibration and basic metrology tasks under supervision.
Performs routine preventive maintenance tasks with guidance.
Uses basic hand tools and measurement devices safely and effectively.
Learns to operate and inspect equipment and sensors.
Follows safety procedures and reports risks or hazards.
Supports documentation using CMMS and maintenance logs.
Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn new systems.
Communicates clearly with team members and supervisors.
Demonstrates reliability and commitment to task completion.
Understands the importance of customer satisfaction in maintenance work.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification or associate's degree preferred.
Entry Level and willingness to learn.
The expected salary range for this position is $24.00 to $26.00 hourly, depending on skills, experience and qualifications.
