We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the safe, reliable operation of our printing and production equipment.  The primary focus of this role is to keep production lines running efficiently while maintaining high product quality. 
 
The ideal candidate understands how equipment and processes work and can troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair problems effectively. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, and production goals 
• Diagnose problems, replace and/or repair parts, and make adjustments 
• Identify and resolve mechanical and/or operational issues 
• Perform basic maintenance and adjustments 
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns or line interruptions 
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services 
• Help improve production efficiency and prevent recurring problems 
• Maintain housekeeping in areas of assigned responsibility to ensure a safe and clean work environment 
• Proactively share knowledge with others 
• Perform other related duties as assigned 
• Availability to work overtime as needed 

Qualifications: 

• Five (5) plus years’ related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment 
• Experience in the paper cup industry is a plus 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 
• Proficient in the safe and effective use of a variety of hand and power tools 
• Ability to understand how systems work to fix problems 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to stand for extended periods 
• Ability to lift and move materials, typically up to 50 pounds 
• Frequent bending, reaching, walking, and repetitive hand movements 

Compensation: Starting rate is $30.00 per hour; final compensation will be determined based on skills and experience
