Overview:
Peel Properties, LLC is an owner-managed real estate company with commercial buildings, apartments, and a marina in the DC, MD, and VA areas. The company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to work at College Parks Apartments located in Salisbury, Maryland. Maintenance Technician needed for apartment turn work.

Responsibilities:
- Performs routine maintainance of the grounds, buildings and apartments
- Inspect, maintain repair and replace building mechanical and electrical systems; dry-wall repair, painting, plumbing.
- A/C certified is a plus
- Ability to do ceramic tile work
- Detailed oriented
- Respond to emergency maintenance request as required (On-Call duties on a rotational basis)
- Good time management
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Valid Driver’s License with own transportation and hand tools.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of general building maintenance.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor, co-workers, tenants, contractors, and the general public.
Bilingual is a plus
Must be able to take direction.
Must eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a background screening
Must be over 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable form of transportation
