You'll work on a variety of residential equipment and interact directly with customers.Your day-to-day work may include:Completing preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment of all makes and modelsCleaning coils, drains, components, and other system areasChecking electrical connections, motors, thermostats, and system operationMonitoring refrigerant pressures and identifying potential concernsRecording thorough service notes and customer informationExplaining your work and communicating professionally with homeowners and team membersKeeping your service vehicle stocked and organizedMaintaining your tools and equipmentFollowing company safety procedures at every jobWhat You BringWe're looking for someone with hands-on HVAC experience who can work independently while representing the company professionally.Required or preferred qualifications include:Previous experience performing residential HVAC maintenanceUniversal EPA certification or Type IISolid knowledge of electrical and refrigeration fundamentalsHVAC technical school training is preferredFamiliarity with applicable local codes and ordinancesValid driver's license and insurable driving recordAbility to safely use hand and power toolsComfortable working from a 12-foot extension ladder and 8-foot step ladderAbility to work outdoors and in hot, cold, and changing weather conditionsStrong written and verbal communicationReliable attendance and a consistent work historyGood judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilityCustomer-focused attitude and professional demeanorPersonal hand toolsWe're also willing to support your continued development.
