Maintenance Technician

• 5+ years of experience for the lowest level role.  
• H.S Diploma  
• Strong plumbing background.  
• Plumbing license preferred/required depending on level.  
• Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience — MUST HAVE.  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.  
• Ability to work independently and jump into different types of maintenance issues.  
• Strong communication skills — must be comfortable coordinating with nursing leadership and other departments.  
• Looking for a true jack-of-all-trades — someone who can handle plumbing but also isn't afraid to tackle other facility issues.  
• Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment and respond to work orders efficiently.
