THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll work directly with production equipment, automation, electrical systems, and critical plant systems while helping drive equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.

• Work with motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated systems.

• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, controls, and electrical systems.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production emergencies.

• Perform equipment inspections, adjustments, installations, and repairs.

• Partner with production and maintenance leadership to improve equipment reliability.

• Document maintenance activities and completed work.

• Support continuous improvement and downtime-reduction initiatives.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

• Experience working with automated production equipment.

• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and industrial controls.

• Ability to diagnose problems independently and make sound repair decisions.

• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices.

• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

• A dependable, hands-on approach and willingness to jump in when production needs you.
