Maintenance Technician

The position will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement projects associated with a portfolio of 200+ multifamily apartments and 36,000 SF of commercial space located in intown Atlanta, GA. Communicate with Property Manager, 3rd party providers and Tenants to insure work orders are completed efficiently.

The position will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement projects associated with a portfolio of 200+ multifamily apartments and 36,000 SF of commercial space located in intown Atlanta, GA.
 
Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and complete all maintenance work orders and improvement projects 
• Communicate with Property Manager, 3rd party providers and Tenants to insure work orders are completed efficiently
• Document and track all costs and time associated with work orders and improvement projects and input into property management software
• Maintain building supplies through inventory management system using property management software

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Maintenance Tech / Building Engineer or related construction experience
• Must be HVAC certified
• Plumbing and Electrical experience required
• Must have apartment experience, commercial experience preferred
• Technologically savvy with strong computer and mobile skills
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Independent self-starter 
• Hospitality mindset with a great bedside manner
