Seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure the reliable operation of high‑speed production and packaging equipment in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems to support safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance – Install, repair, and maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and cooking equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance – Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Electrical Systems – Read schematics, troubleshoot panels, wiring, VFDs, sensors, and safety systems.
• Safety Compliance – Perform Lockout Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Documentation – Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections.
• Troubleshooting – Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues systematically to restore equipment functionality.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and follow maintenance manuals.
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
