Maintenance Technician
Location: Arlington, TX
Pay Rate: Up to $32-38/hour
Sign On Bonus: $1,500
LHH's Supply Chain & Manufacturing Search team is partnering with a metals manufacturing operation in Arlington to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician. This role supports critical production equipment and facility systems in a heavy industrial environment where uptime, safety, and reliability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions
Support production uptime through responsive, hands on maintenance
Work closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and follow all safety procedures
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Technical degree OR minimum of 10 years of hands on industrial maintenance experience
Hands on heat treat maintenance experience is required (industrial heat treat, furnaces, quench systems, atmosphere control, or related equipment)
Proven experience maintaining equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
Experience working in safety regulated, production driven facilities

Hourly pay up to $38/hour, based on experience
$1,500 sign???on bonus
