Maintenance Technician~ Apartment Community

You’ll be instrumental in troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and maintaining the overall functionality of our facilities. Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting using schematics, electrical experience, mechanical knowledge, and tools such as ohmmeters.
• Complete residential painting projects and minor carpentry or drywall repairs to uphold property aesthetics.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including landscaping, cleaning common areas, and ensuring safety compliance.
• Assist with vendor or contractor work when necessary, demonstrating leadership and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance within residential or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.
• Must have experience in apartment maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior apartment repairs.
• Must be available for on-call; live within 45 minutes of the community.
• Must have a valid CA Driver License and auto insurance
• Must pass a criminal and DMV background check.
