Pay: $21-$22 per hour, based on experience.
What You'll Do
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance, including basic plumbing and basic electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and work orders.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests with patience, professionalism, and a customer-service mindset.
- Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every third week and respond to after-hours maintenance needs when scheduled.
- Help maintain the overall community, including trash removal, property cleanup, grounds support, and other general maintenance needs.
- Assist with cleanup and property needs following storms, hurricanes, and severe weather, including picking up debris and helping the team get the community back in order.
- Pitch in wherever needed and work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to provide a safe, clean, and well-maintained community for our residents.

- You should be patient, dependable, professional, and a strong person of character with a pitch-in mentality. We want someone who gets along with the team, communicates well, and is willing to help when something needs to get done.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, general repairs, and property maintenance is needed. Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience is a plus, but we're also open to candidates with transferable maintenance or handyman experience.
- You must have reliable transportation and your own basic tools and be able to participate in the every-third-week on-call rotation.
