Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our automotive dealership. This position is responsible for maintaining dealership facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on dealership facilities and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance issues.
- Maintain service department equipment, and facility systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify repair needs.
- Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized repairs are required.
- Assist with grounds maintenance, snow removal, and facility improvement projects.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform minor cosmetic repairs and facility improvements, including touch-up painting, patching walls, refinishing surfaces, and addressing areas of the dealership that require aesthetic enhancement to maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience required.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
- Valid driver's license required.
