Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Join a leading global printing manufacturer with over 45 years of industry expertise, as a Maintenance Technician on our third shift team. Play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting state-of-the-art equipment in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and help ensure our manufacturing processes deliver quality products to OEMs across various markets.

Wage: Based on experience
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10PM to 6AM

What You’ll Do:

• Install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime and operational efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and record maintenance activities accurately.
• Repair and adjust machinery, including electrical wiring and mechanical components, adhering to safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with building repairs and participate in new construction projects as needed.
• Support a team-oriented environment that values open communication, safety, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in machine maintenance, with a proven ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Skilled in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and machine fabrication.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally under stress.
• Ability to work independently and use tools such as DMMs, megohm meters, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are preferred.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours as needed.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with machine maintenance, blueprint reading, and general maintenance tasks.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing settings.
• On-site position based in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
• Reliable independent worker.
