Agrana is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our food manufacturing facility in Anna, Ohio. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial production equipment while working with electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, refrigeration, and preventive maintenance.

·         3rd Shift: Sunday night–Friday morning, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

What You'll Do

·         Perform preventive maintenance on industrial production equipment and plant systems.

·         Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial machinery.

·         Install and maintain motors, controls, conduit, and electrical components using schematics.

·         Assist with PLC troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics.

·         Maintain conveyors, production equipment, and material handling equipment.

·         Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

·         Perform TIG welding and general maintenance welding as needed.

·         Install and repair copper and steel piping.

·         Support refrigeration equipment maintenance.

·         Complete equipment calibration and scheduled maintenance activities.

·         Follow GMP, HACCP, safety, housekeeping, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or GED.

·         Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

·         Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment.

·         Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.

·         Experience with PLC systems, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.

·         Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Industrial Maintenance certification.

·         Food manufacturing experience.

·         TIG welding experience.

·         Refrigeration experience.

·         Experience with production equipment and industrial machinery.
