Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our 3rd shift manufacturing operations in Wickliffe, Ohio. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving complex mechanical and electrical issues, and working in a hands-on industrial environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact while expanding your technical skills in automation, robotics, and manufacturing maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Support PLC troubleshooting, light programming, and robotics maintenance
• Complete welding, soldering, and pipe-fitting repairs as needed
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts safely
• Support plant maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory and equipment documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing environment
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Vacuum furnace maintenance and repair experience is a plus
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
