Located in Holland, MI, the City of Wyoming''s Donald K. Shine Drinking Water Plant is seeking a qualified person to fill the position of Maintenance Technician 3. This position is responsible for maintaining plant HVAC systems including MAUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, dehumidifiers, unit heaters, and air conditioners, as well as a wide variety of drinking water plant maintenance. Examples can include maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, pumps, valves, plumbing, centrifuges, instrumentation, and more. Required qualifications include a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning License and a State of Michigan Mechanical Contractor License. Experience with HVAC building management systems is a plus.

This position includes a competitive pay and benefits package. Highlights include:

Four-day, first shift workweek (Monday-Thursday), 38 hours per week (full-time)

Wages for this position are dependent on qualifications and experience. Employees are eligible for a pay increase six months after hire. Wages for the position will increase on July 1, 2024. The wage range for the position will change to $29.37 - $36.25 per hour.
