Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Our Salt Lake City facility is growing, and we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift.
Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Working in a team-oriented environment, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to minimize downtime and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues
Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery and production equipment
Replace defective or worn components
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
Collaborate with outside contractors and service providers as needed
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary technical training or coursework preferred
Minimum of two years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment
Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Basic computer and math skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds & climb ladders
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
