What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, motor, and heater circuit issues using schematics and wiring diagrams
- Repair equipment by removing and replacing defective parts using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cranes
- Communicate with supervisors to prioritize maintenance and repair needs
- Document repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage in maintenance logs
- Maintain company tools and ensure they are properly stored and in working condition
- Fabricate repair parts, machine guards, mezzanines, and other equipment using welding and shop equipment
What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant maintenance experience
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience required
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures, SOPs, and work instructions
- Ability to present information and work effectively with supervisors and team members
