Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Job Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our client. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, and ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

· Perform highly diversified duties, install production machines and maintain high-speed assembly and manufacturing equipment

· Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs on equipment

· Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines

· Read and interpret equipment manuals and write and complete work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

· Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust, handle preventative maintenance duties

· You will do other duties as assigned by your Supervisor

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

· High school diploma / GED

· 4+ years of experience troubleshooting injection molding tooling in a production environment

· 4+ years of experience repairing and maintaining plastic injection molding tooling

· Experience working with tooling that produces cosmetic automotive parts

· Preferably experience with CNC machining or programming using Mastercam

· Basic mold design knowledge

· Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

· Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.

· Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.

· Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.

· Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time

· Communication skills.
