Schedule: Days & Nights rotating 2-2-3 schedule | 5:45am-6:00pm or 5:45pm-6:00am

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:- Operate and maintain assigned equipment to ensure it works properly and as efficiently as possible
- Evaluate the improvement of processes in area of responsibility and work to minimize change over time
- Oversee all record keeping and perform all tests as required
- Maintain spare parts inventory and notify the manager when running low
- Maintain appropriate sanitation records, and keep track of what chemicals are used and in what concentration
What You Need to Bring:- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of maintenance experience in a production environment
- Must have a strong mechanical background, including thorough knowledge in the areas of maintenance, plumbing, electrical, welding, heating, and refrigeration
- Must be goal-oriented and be able to work independently
- Thorough knowledge of production operations, including all safety requirements
