Summary:
Perform general maintenance to ensure the property is safe, clean, and fully operational
Work closely with the property management team to complete service requests efficiently
Support unit turns and help prepare apartments for new residents
Participate in maintaining overall curb appeal and community standards
Schedule 8am -5pm M-F
Responsibilities:
Complete work orders including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
Perform unit turns and punch-outs within designated timelines
Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
Assist with grounds maintenance, including seasonal tasks (snow removal, etc.)
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies
Requirements:
Experience: 1+ year of residential maintenance experience (work orders, turns, punch-outs)
Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
