Job Details

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our production equipment and facility running safely and efficiently. This role is on call during all production shifts.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including robotics, electrical, mechanical, welding, pneumatic systems, PLC-controlled equipment, motors, VFDs, and sensors
Perform daily, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance checklists
Maintain the facility, including building systems, doors, docks, lighting, plumbing, heating, and HVAC filters
Use hand and power tools, and identify and order replacement parts using machine manuals
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, guarding, confined space, respirator, and fall protection
Help develop and verify standard operating procedures and improve efficiency and productivity
Keep the work area, tool station, and parts room clean and organized
Provide backup to production, warehouse, and shipping staff as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Vocational degree or certificate preferred
3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
Welding, electrical, and mechanical experience in an industrial setting
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Experience with PLCs or computerized batching systems is a plus
Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and NEC codes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to read, write, and speak English
