Qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma or GED
• Associate or bachelor''s degree in education, industrial maintenance or related field preferred
• 2 - 5 years of experience facilitating technical instructor-led maintenance training
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance required. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Demonstrated ability to engage audiences and lead effective group discussions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to create a positive and interactive learning environment
• Experience in facilitating hands-on maintenance lab activities is preferred

What You''ll Do:

• Deliver advanced technical training to maintenance technicians in areas such as electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and more.
• Develop and improve hands-on training programs using our extensive training equipment.
• Support the development and progression of our maintenance technicians through our Registered Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeship program.
• Evaluate trainee knowledge and hands-on competency.
• Continuously improve training content, methods, and learning experiences.
