Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) – Food Processing Facility – Marshfield, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring a reliable Maintenance Technician for a first shift role in a food processing facility in Marshfield, MO. This Maintenance Technician position is responsible for supporting production by maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations. Requirements for the Maintenance Technician:
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues
- Understanding of safety and sanitation standards in a food production setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment screening
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
