Overview The Technician II - Carpenter is responsible to build and repair carpentry related items throughout the property. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. Responsibilities Ability to construct frameworks and structures. Ability to install finishes and fixtures: Fit and install doors, windows, moldings, trim, and cabinetry. Accountable for all maintenance and repairs of the facility. Inspect and repair: Evaluate existing structures for damage, wear, or rot, and replace or reinforce affected sections. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorly.
