Get to Know Your Team: UT Health Athens is a 127-bed facility, including a 24-hour ED, designated as a Level IV trauma center and acute stroke-ready facility; advanced diagnostic technology; a 10-bed ICU; a maternity unit; a radiation therapy center; and a stand-alone ED in Gun Barrel City. ResponsibilitiesAssists skilled maintenance workers. May perform simple repairs on electrical equipment and machinery or minor repairs to the facilities, including painting, plastering, carpentry, and plumbing. Effectively communicates with personnel of other departments, medical staff, patients, and co-employees while performing duties. QualificationsJob Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.1 year of general maintenance or building maintenance experience.
