Position Purpose:
In coordination with Project Management and Supervisors, the incumbent will be responsible for providing the day-to-day oversight of department staff, repairs and maintenance, as well as providing operational, commercial and personnel leadership to the plant shift repair and maintenance teams to maintain efficient and cost-effective facility operations while maintaining compliance with all Corporate and Regulatory environmental, health and safety rules and requirements.

Education/Experience/Background:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Technology, Maintenance/Asset Management, or related fields is required.
Advanced/Upper-Level 5+ years' experience in Industrial or Commercial facilities repairs and maintenance.
Experience in related trade positions.

Pay Range: $105000 to $120000 per year.
