Elliron Residential is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations and ensure the efficient operation of building systems and property infrastructure. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage maintenance activities, oversee projects, and uphold safety and quality standards while supporting a well-maintained residential community.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility infrastructure
- Lead maintenance projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
- Manage the maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, and equipment history
- Oversee troubleshooting and repairs involving electrical systems, low-voltage components, schematics, and mechanical equipment
- Conduct routine property and equipment inspections using diagnostic tools to proactively identify and address issues
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of building systems and equipment
- Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, providing guidance, feedback, and performance support
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codes
- Collaborate with property management to maintain curb appeal, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance, facilities, or property management environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems, including low-voltage and high-voltage applications
- Experience with HVAC systems, facility maintenance practices, and interpreting schematics and technical documentation
- Proficiency with CMMS software for work order management and inventory control
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, preventive maintenance planning, and equipment repair
- Strong leadership and communication skills in fast-paced environments
- Project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute maintenance initiatives effectively
- Fluency in English required; bilingual skills a plus
