Maintenance Supervisor

Salary Range $80,000-85,000
Large food manufacturing company located in New Jersey is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or additional technical training preferred.
- 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous maintenance supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC controls and automated production equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed production environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime when needed.
- Must be willing to work off shift (3rd).
Preferred Experience:
Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, conveyors, ovens, mixers, packaging equipment, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, refrigeration, boilers, and industrial electrical systems.
