    Description

    Opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance projects, improve equipment reliability, and support major shutdowns and capital improvements at a large cement manufacturing operation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
    • Reduce maintenance costs through effective planning and execution.
    • Improve equipment reliability by implementing predictive maintenance programs.
    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise corrective maintenance projects.
    • Lead maintenance activities during major plant shutdowns.
    • Coordinate and complete assigned capital improvement projects.
    • Identify equipment problems and implement corrective actions.

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree (minimum) in Engineering or a related technical field; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
    • Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
