Job Summary:
- Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead overnight maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role oversees preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and team performance to minimize downtime and support continuous production.
Job Duties:
- Supervise maintenance technicians and electricians performing repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Monitor KPIs and maintain accurate maintenance and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coach, train, and support employee development while fostering a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior leadership experience in maintenance or manufacturing environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, or automated equipment.
- Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement methods preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial systems (PLC, boilers, refrigeration, compressed air) is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
