We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor - Nights for our Mechanicsburg, PA retort plant, where we produce dairy-based coffee beverages. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can develop technicians, solve complex equipment issues, and drive results in safety, quality, and production performance.
Shift: 6:30 pm - 6:30 am (2/2/3 rotation)
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians to meet safety, quality, and cost goals
- Schedule work, prioritize tasks, and optimize staffing for 24/7 operations
- Train, coach, and develop team members to build strong technical capabilities
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive root cause solutions
- Partner closely with production to improve communication and efficiency
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and equipment improvements
