Maintenance Supervisor Requirements

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Strong HVAC experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
• Leadership experience or ability to lead a maintenance team
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical maintenance tasks

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee the property's maintenance team
• Complete work orders, repairs, and apartment make-readies
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
• Coordinate vendors and outside contractors
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and maintenance records
• Help manage the maintenance budget
• Ensure the property meets safety and maintenance standards
• Provide responsive, professional service to residents
• Follow OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company safety standards
