We’re hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a well-established downtown Nashville apartment community in the Fifth Avenue District. This is a leadership role for a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in safe, efficient operations and well-maintained communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily apartment maintenance operations
- Perform hands-on repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry & appliance
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and service requests
- Maintain building systems, grounds, and amenities
- Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and vendors
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of multifamily or apartment maintenance experience
- EPA Type II or Universal certification (required)
- HVAC troubleshooting experience
- Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 25 lbs
- High School Diploma or GED
