You support our team as Maintenance Supervisor arrow_drop_down Responsibilitiesarrow_right Supervising and leading maintenance staff, including hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning tasks to ensure timely completion of work Planning and scheduling maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Inspecting facilities and equipment to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate repairs or upgrades. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes, maintaining a safe work environment. Managing budgets and resources, including ordering and tracking maintenance supplies, equipment, and contractor services. Coordinating with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
