Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

Responsibilities

Supervise, implement, coordinate and analyze effective repairs and preventative maintenance programs. Supervise one of three crucial Plant Operation functions: Plant Electrical, Plant Mechanical, or Plant Refrigeration & HVAC.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrates written, interpersonal, and communication skills as appropriate to position

• Considerable knowledge of maintenance procedures

• Working technical knowledge of functional area

Desired Qualifications:

• Technical school graduate or completion of approved apprenticeship program

• Proven leadership skills
