Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Bridges at Foxridge! The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem solving skills and prior experience leading a maintenance team. Active HVAC certification and prior experience in apartment property maintenance is required. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required. This position is fully onsite and located in Mission, KS.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site maintenance staff in the diagnosis of problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and anything else that may come up
• Supervise and train maintenance and make-ready employees
• Review and oversee property appearance, curb appeal, work order completion, shop organization, inventory control, and make-ready management
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed in a timely manner
• Review safety procedures to ensure that all employees are adhering to the process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance experience
• HVAC certification required
• Excellent mechanical, electrical, plumbing & HVAC
• Excellent leadership and communication
• Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new programs and processes
• Yardi experience preferred
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance required
• Must have general tools to perform all maintenance tasks
• On call for all major emergencies
• Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
