Maintenance Supervisor

Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a rapidly expanding real estate investment management company. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor opportunity for their Student Housing Community based in Evanston, IL.

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and ensure the company's established standards for all physical assets including safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations of the property. This role will regularly interact with residents, so excellent customer service and a professional appearance are vital to this role.

Maintenance Supervisor Location: Evanston, IL

Maintenance Supervisor Duties:

• Oversee all physical assets of the property, including safety, appearance and all maintenance operations
• Provide solutions to any issues or concerns that may arise pertaining to the physical assets of the property
• Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency
• Manage the work of the rest of the on-site maintenance staff

• At least twoo (2) years of direct building maintenance/handyman experience; strong preference for experience in student housing or residential properties
• Management experience preferred
• Strong customer services skills and a "no job too small" mentality
