    Responsibilities

    Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!

    • Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift, 5:30am start, Monday-Friday with some weekends
    • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
    • Salary: Starting at $90,000 or above based on experience and education, plus annual target bonus
    • $5,000 Hiring Bonus

    Position Responsibilities:

    • The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis
    • A responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program
    • This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards
    • Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting
    • Other projects or duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor''s Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor's Degree
